The Wakelee Parent Teacher Organization serves as an active team member in the teaching learning process. The Organization provides both human and fiscal supports that enable countless student enrichment activities, family centered events, school gifts, and meaningful informed parent input regarding school assessment and improvement. Monthly meetings are held the second Wednesday. All parents and guardians are encouraged to attend as often as possible.
The Wakelee Parent Teacher Organization takes on an active role in the school community. The PTO provides many activities to the students and their families ranging from monthly cultural events to our annual breakfast with Santa. What makes our PTO so strong is the input we receive from our teachers that we use to enrich the lives of our students.
Monthly meetings take place the second Wednesday of each month in our school cafeteria. Child care is provided to help encourage parents to attend.
