Elementary: $2.00
Middle: $2.50
High: $2.75
Milk: $.50

What do we do?

 We encourage all parents that have access to the internet, to set up an account on Meal Payplus. Setting up an account will allow you to see the account balance available to pay for school lunches at any time. There is no fee for setting up an account or viewing account balances on Meal Payplus.

How do you pay for meals and snacks?

There are three ways to pay:

1. Prepay with Credit Card or e-check at:
www.mealpayplus.com or by calling 866-883-6035
2. Prepay - Deposit money into your child (rens) meal account to purchase lunch, breakfast and snacks.
3. Daily Payments - Students may pay for meals daily as they go through the serving line.
Students must have money in their account or pay with cash to purchase meals and snacks.

In school payments

Elementary: Children go directly to the cafeteria, right off the morning bus and pays the food service manager at the serving counter this helps to reduce the waiting time on lunch lines.

Middle: Students may pay cash at the register or pre-pay in advance. The food service manager accepts pre-payment before school in the serving area. Any cashier will accept pre-payments at lunchtime.

High: Students may pay cash or pre-pay at the register. Any cashier will accept pre-payments at lunchtime.

Prepay by cash or check. Make checks payable to "Wolcott School Lunch Program". All in school payments will be credited to the meal account unless parent request that it go into the general account.

Why do I need to return the long yellow application for free and reduced meals?

You must return the form as soon as possible.  If not interested, fill out your child's name, grade, and your initials.  Do not report any other information.  Return one form per family.  If family circumstances change, you may resubmit a new application anytime during the school year.  If interested in free or reduced meals for your child, fill out all parts necessary for your situation as indicated on the form.  Return one form per family.  If you need assistance filling out forms, call the Food Service Director Ms. Eileen Girgenti at (203)879-8145.

Is lunch still offered at a discount if I prepay for the entire year?

Yes.  Information regarding pre-payment plans at a discount is on this website and will be given out the first day of school.

Can I eat lunch with my child?

Yes. Parents, grandparents, guardians, and siblings are welcome to have lunch in the cafeteria during the student's lunch time.  Contact the kitchen manager in advance for special orders. The same hot lunch menu or a selection from the adult ala carte menu will be offered.
